From the moment we arrived, I was greeted by the friendly staff, who made us feel right at home, especially Danielle at check-in - she was an absolute gem, ensuring we had everything we needed. The room? Comfortable with premium bedding that felt like a dream after our long journey. The hotel's location is perfect, conveniently situated near local shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the vibrant Zona Viva area. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at Los Comensales restaurant; the atmosphere was great, and it was delightful to savor some Guatemalan flavors. The amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a well-equipped business center, made it easy for my travel companions and me to stay connected and productive. If you're looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and a touch of local culture, this hotel is a fantastic option!
